The Williams Preparatory School is a virtual microschool for grades 6 through 8, blending remote instruction with hands-on, exploratory learning in STREAM with an emphasis on the arts.
Founded in 2026, The Williams Preparatory School is a virtual microschool that keeps cohorts small so every student is known, challenged, and supported.
We serve Black and Afro-Latino families in grades 6 through 8 with a fully remote program that meets families wherever they are. Learning blends live online instruction with self-paced work and hands-on, exploratory projects, all rooted in a community where students see themselves reflected and celebrated.
Our students learn core academics with rigor and care, while exploratory STREAM experiences with an emphasis on the arts invite them to create, build, and lead.
